Acceptable, but Some Issues

I was not thrilled with the elevators. They moved rather slowly. The room decor felt dated. It needed a refresh. I did also find the promised in-room refrigerator was missing. This oversight impacted my ability to store some personal items.

Excellent Upper West Side Hotel

I found the location convenient, near public transportation and Central Park. The staff provided courteous service. My room was clean. I would book again. The proximity to the subway made getting around easy, and I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. It helped me unwind after a long day.
I was disappointed, the absence of a refrigerator in the room was noticeable. It would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks. I hope they consider adding this amenity in the future.

The staff were super friendly! The location is awesome near the train, how convenient! I got a fridge when I asked for it, that's so cool! Service was quick, I liked it.
The cleaning person missed some spots, so annoying! The coffee was not replaced after I used it, what a bummer! I also missed having a guide about the hotel, or anything about the area.

superb locationcomfy beds
i found the location superb near the subway. the subway was close by making it easy to get around. the room was quiet allowing for restful sleep. beds were comfy too which i really liked.

mixed feelings about the stay

the location was convenient for accessing the subway.
The room felt outdated and lacked ecological responsibility. The amenities were disappointing. plastic cups and disposable keurig pods were provided, while the soap was not refilled . the doormen were not attentive or helpful with luggage.
